  • Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies. 
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of safety and teamwork. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order building; monitor and improve order accuracy and delivery times. 
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 
  • Maintain and organize the warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
