Restaurant Staff Development Manager

Compensation: starting at $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and Retain Staff: Lead training, mentoring, and performance reviews to support staff growth.
- Collaborate with recruiter weekly to support full front of the house and back of the house staffing.
- Reduce Turnover: Analyze trends and work with HR to improve retention.
- Coach staff and their managers to success. Provide expectations, feedback and coaching as needed.
- Present in the dining areas during service times to ensure staff maintains service standards, to mentor and coach students and reinforce training.
- Support outreach efforts with local schools, public employment agencies and community outreach.
What you will need:
- Proven experience managing and motivating in a customer service environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of general management experience.
- Ability to train other management in the management and motivation of all staff.
- Related experience in food service, educational, recruitment, or staff development and training with an ability to learn food service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
