Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.

Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Staff Supervision:

Schedule shifts and manage employee time-off requests.

Motivate and lead the team to achieve high performance and excellent customer service.

Customer Service:

Financial Management:

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and service standards.

Marketing and Promotions:

Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.

Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
