Earning Potential: Starting at $75,000.00+
Essential Job Functions- Interview and hire competent staff, focusing on recruiting the best-qualified candidates
- Staff development, including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education
- Evaluate each employee annually and establish goals for the upcoming year
- Ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours
- Develop a marketing plan to grow the PPEC census
- Implement company policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical program, ensuring each patient has current orders for treatments and interventions, verifying care is delivered according to physician orders, and coordinating care with parents, physicians, and other care team members

- CPR Certified

- Two years of related pediatric healthcare experience
- Home health management experience preferred
