  • Design and administer the Enterprise Change Management Program; create and maintain applicable procedures for business units and corporate functions while validating newly established governance model requirements.
  • Develop and produce reporting for the Enterprise Change Office governance activities.
  • Capture and analyze KPIs / KRIs associated with change and change risk.
  • Develop and maintain monthly / quarterly governance committee and board reports.
  • Develop and produce reporting for the new Enterprise Change Office governance activity based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities; convey patterns, problems, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the organization is managing change in a standardized model; assisting in the development and implementation of the new governance model.
  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics
  • Prior work experience developing KPIs, KRIs, and reporting
  • Located within the Eastern Time Zone
  • Preference shown to financial industry or regulatory backgrounds
  • Exceptional communication within all levels of an organization, including stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in both collaborative team-based environments and independent remote-environments with minimal supervision.
