Position Overview:
As a Nursing Supervisor at Citadel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Kingsbridge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your leadership will guide the nursing team in providing comprehensive and compassionate services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee nursing personnel, guaranteeing optimal patient care standards.
  • Formulate and execute nursing care strategies and protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Supervise the processes of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance case management outcomes.
  • Provide necessary airway management and respiratory assistance as required.
  • Employ utilization management practices to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Offer specialized care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Implement effective pain management techniques to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Administer prescribed medications, including inhalation therapies, with precision.
  • Maintain adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines within a nursing home or assisted living environment.

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid nursing license (RN or LPN).
  • Demonstrated experience in a nursing leadership or management capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of patient care principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with case management methodologies and processes.
  • Expertise in airway management and respiratory care.
  • Experience in utilization management is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively engage with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of pain management strategies and their application.
  • Proficient in medication administration, including inhalation therapies.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or assisted living facility is preferred.

Starting at $45.00 per hour

  • Day and evening shifts available
  • Monday through Friday
  • Rotating weekends and as needed
