  • Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM
  • Every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Holiday shifts required
  • No on-call requirement
*Compensation:
* *Base Pay: * $33-$40 per hour
* *Shift Differentials:
  • Evening (3:00 PM - 10:30 PM): $3.50/hour
  • Night (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM): $5.00/hour
  • Weekend (Friday 3:00 PM - Monday 6:59 AM): $2.25/hour

*Unit Details: * *Patient Population:
  • Primarily acute cardiac patients, post-invasive cardiac procedures, chest pain, acute illnesses (e.g., ETOH withdrawal, COVID, sepsis), Tikosyn and Sotalol initiation and titration
* *Census & Staffing:* 3 units totaling 59 beds, staffed for 45 beds. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 with 1-2 patient care techs per unit depending on census and acuity
* *Unit Breakdown:
  • 4 North: 28 beds
  • 4 South (Cardiac Observation Unit): 18 beds
  • 4 East: 13 beds
* *Technology:
  • GE heart monitors, Masimo vital sign machines, Stryker beds
*Qualifications:
* *Required:
  • Kansas RN License
  • ACLS & BLS Certifications
  • TR band experience
  • 1 year of RN hospital experience
* *Preferred:
  • BSN (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with a commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years)
*Start Date:
  • As soon as possible
