Job Summary

Supports agents and agencies, carrier partners, as well as internal staff throughout the onboarding process. Provides assistance and answers questions regarding contracting, status checks, and carrier portals to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Document incoming agent contracts and follow the appropriate workflow for the contracting process.

  • Prepare contracts for submission by scrubbing and collecting any missing information.

  • Reach out to agents to retrieve necessary items to complete the onboarding process.

  • Send contracting links in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Process contracts through carrier portals.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on agent contracting; assist others as needed with contracting processes.

  • Maintain transparent communication through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.

  • Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests.

  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within the time frame provided by leadership; communicate with leadership if time frames cannot be met or tasks cannot be completed as assigned; communicate when further training is needed to complete tasks.

  • Provide outstanding customer support.

  • Embrace change; demonstrate the ability to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
