They are looking for a Recruitment/HR Generalist to join their team in their Detroit, Michigan office.

Your new role

Talent Acquisition is a large component of this position as they are investing in the steady growth of their business. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will play a critical role in talent acquisition, overseeing recruitment efforts to support the companys growth while also contributing to other HR functions such as onboarding, policy development, procedures, and benefit administration.

What you will need to succeed

  • 5-8 years of hands-on HR experience from HVAC or similar industry.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment for positions for field sales, technicians, tradesmen or similar.
  • Experience working for a startup or small organization
  • Strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
