Job Overview:

As an Influencer Specialist on our innovative in-house marketing team, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our mission and enhancing our brand presence through strategic partnerships with influencers. Your expertise will drive authentic connections and foster enthusiasm for a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our brand reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand awareness and engagement goals.
  • Identify, vet and build relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and blogs.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling, authentic content that aligns with our brand voice and mission.
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms and competitive activity to inform influencer marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with social, creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.
  • Track and manage influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful partnerships.

Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, sales and brand visibility.

Cultivate relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with the necessary resources and support to optimize their promotional efforts.

Willingness to travel up to 10% for influencer events, partner meetings and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or public relations, preferably in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborative work ethic and ability to be flexible and responsive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and organic products is a plus
