If you feel you would be a good fit, apply todayThis position is located in office.Job duties:Heavy reconciliationsResolving payment issuesMatching POsAR researchTimely completion of customer billing as assignedWorking closely with the Engineers and Project Managers in getting timesheet entries, approval process.Posting customer payments, researching, and resolving payment discrepancies Work with customer by assisting them with their questions or concerns regarding invoicing, and collectionsSupport the monthly financial close process, ensuring their work is completed in accordance with closing scheduleAssist in documenting, and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with sound accounting principles, policies, and best practicesProven ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employeesVaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client located on the NW side of Indianapolis in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
