SUMMARY:

We have consistent lead flow with many large clients that keep our crews busy all year round. Our company is growing, and we are seeking an experienced estimator who can accurately cost commercial and residential roofing and repairs for all types of roofs. Must be qualified and able to perform residential and commercial roof inspections. We are seeking a customer-oriented estimator who can maintain good relationships with existing and new customers as we continue to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately estimate commercial and residential reroofs using company guidelines
  • Accurately estimate roof repairs for commercial and residential roofs
  • Inspect commercial and residential roofs and provide accurately written inspection reports with administrative help for typing
  • Work with company GM and owner to regularly reevaluate material costs and company overhead to update pricing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years' experience estimating residential and commercial roofing
  • Detail-oriented with in-depth knowledge of roofing materials
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Professional and customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player
  • Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
  • Valid US Social Security Number
  • Ability to speak and write in English
  • Must pass reference and background check
