The Work:
- Provide analysis of deployment objectives and draft plans to meet objectives
- Mitigate project risks and issues that occur
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract
in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff
- Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements
- Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and
objectives
- Work with the higher level Deployment Manager, if applicable, to provide effective and
efficient management of the deployment
- Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government
- Document system and deployment process improvements.
- Develop multi-project Work Breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedules to
deconflict allocation of resources
- Provide detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level
• Create, produce, managed, and deliver all project deployment documentation to include project schedules, risk management plans, project status briefings, acquisition documentation, shipping documentation, site surveys, trip reports, and after action reports.
• Prior experience with improving deployment processes and optimize deployments.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to include both external and internal teams for support site surveys, hardware and software installations, system refreshes, system decommissions, and training efforts.
• Oversee administrative tasks, communicate with stakeholders, ensure resource availability for the project planning.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
