Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber/Stylist to join our team.

As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. This includes haircuts, styling, coloring, and other barbering services. If you have a passion for hair and enjoy creating unique looks for clients, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
- Perform various barbering techniques such as fades, razor cuts, and beard trims
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients, utilizing upselling techniques
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair cutting and styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist
- Strong knowledge of haircutting techniques, including the use of clippers, shears, and razors
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including blowouts, updos, and hair extensions
- Knowledge of color theory and ability to perform hair coloring services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience working at the front desk of a salon is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour
