Description

  • Lead and manage all stages of aviation and airport construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to optimize project workflow.
  • Track project progress, including scheduling, inspections, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Hold regular site meetings with subcontractors and team members to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

Profile

  • 5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor
  • Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent in aviation and airport construction.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
