Job Title: Production Operator

Summary: The Production Operator at CIG Solar Manufacturing supports the

maintaining manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Some of the Operator positions are as follows:

Stringer (soldering machine) Operator

Material Handling Operator (material transfer)

Visual Inspector

Repair (Solar module soldering repair)

Packing Operator

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintaining, development and optimization of daily manufacturing

processes while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

Follow process parameters, process flow, and procedures to ensure production

and quality outputs.

Collaborate with quality, equipment, and process teams to address production

issues and help to find solutions.

Follow performance of manufacturing equipments and give information to

equipment team and shift leader if any problem occurs.

Inspect materials are consistent for production order and match quality

requirements before using in the working station and inform quality and process

teams if detect any issue.

Responsible of recording and controlling of quality issues or production data on

the MES or manually according to working station requirements.

Keep equipment, tools, and devices clean using in working station.

Qualifications

High school or technical school (preferred) degree.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability toread and understand technical documents.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required.

Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point) is plus.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

SOP for Production Optimization

  • Monitor and follow process parameters to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow process mapping and analysis tools to identify inefficiencies.
  • Support changes to optimize processes and improve quality.
  • Maintain documentation of process activities and changes.

SOP for Process Monitoring and Reporting

Safely load and unload materials from trucks or pallets.

Ensure materials are securely fastened and balanced.

Follow proper stacking and storage procedures.

Maintain accurate records of material movements.

SOP for Collaboration and Communication

Follow safety regulations and guidelines for working in the warehouse.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards.

Participate in safety training and meetings.

SOP for Documentation and Record Keeping

Follow inventory management procedures for tracking material movements.

Use inventory management software to update records.

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Report any inventory issues to the supervisor.
