As the Lead Psychiatrist, your duties will include:
Supervision and development of the Psychiatry Team (staff Psychiatrists and PMHNP's)
Working closely with the CMO to develop and implement guidelines and protocols
Providing clinical oversight to the Associate Program Director of the Psychiatry NP Residency Program
Leading the initiative for continuous improvement of Primary Care Psychiatry integration
You'll be the Psychiatry expert, enhancing processes and sharing your knowledge across a multidisciplinary team. You can enjoy autonomy and the ability to set your hybrid schedule in a way that works for you.

Requirements:
Board Certified Psychiatry
CA Medical License
5+ years of clinical experience
Leadership experience
