Safety and Compliance: Comply with all local and state laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Ensure responsible service and refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests.7. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including keeping the bar top, glassware, and utensils spotless. Assist in cleaning and closing duties.8.
