Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $64.89 - $72.18. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Indoor area with frequent exposure. Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature, and noise. Examples: patient care providers and laboratory technicians.HAZARDS OSHA

Demonstrates HSS Professional & Clinical Standards - Completes system assessments.Performs a complete systems assessment of assigned patients upon admission to the unit and at intervals recommended in HSS Standards of Care.Demonstrates HSS Professional & Clinical Standards - Demonstrates ability to assess.Demonstrates ability to assess and interpret age specific and population-specific data and provide appropriate communication level, treatment and care (ie: nutritional needs, signs and symptoms of abuse, pain assessment).Demonstrates HSS Professional & Clinical Standards - Oversees plans of care.Initiates and revises individualized patient plans of care from assessment and mutually established goals with patient/family/healthcare interdisciplinary team.Applies the Nursing Process - Assesses

Bachelor's, Nursing. Newly hired registered nurses must have completed BSN. EDUCATION PREFERRED

Certifications/Licensure Required

Registered Nurse License, New York. Experienced nurses must have American Heart Association BLS upon hire date; new graduates and transfers must obtain this by completion of the 6 month HR probationary period. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE PREFERRED

Skills Preferred

Certification in area of practice. SKILLS REQUIRED
