Community Ambassadors (CAs) must possess the skills to cooperate and collaborate as a team. Teamwork is an essential characteristic of community building.RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to)Help residents with daily needsAssist other team members with projects and tasksHost and plan events for your community'On-call' responsibilities (lock-outs, nightly rounds, etc.)Keep in communication with residents and team membersAbide by company policies and proceduresAdministrative Front Desk tasks and dutiesGive property tours to perspective residentsAttend meetings and required eventsEmpower other team members and residents by being a positive role model and leader at the communityPlan and execute monthly activities for the assigned floors for residentsAssist with on campus housing fairs and other related marketing eventsParticipate in training as requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Must be a current or future leaseholder of communityExcellent verbal and written communicationMust demonstrate excellent customer service skillsBasic computer/Google Apps knowledgeAbility to embody the Redstone Culture and Redstone's Core Values every day
