We are seeking full and part time friendly customer focused front desk receptionists for a busy and growing salon in The Van Aken District of Shaker Heights Ohio. We have day, evening and Saturday positions to fill.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Checking clients in and out.
  • Coordinating/scheduling future appointments.
  • assist clients with inquiries regarding salon services, pricing and availability.
  • Providing a luxury guest experience thru exceptional customer service.
  • Promoting salon services
  • Assisting clients with retail selections and sales.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
  • Proficiency in using salon software or booking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of salon services and haircare products and industry trends is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, some weekends is required.
