Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including gathering and organizing documentation, medical records, and evidence.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing cases for negotiation or trial, including drafting correspondence and filing necessary legal documents.
  • Communicate with medical providers to obtain records and coordinate treatment plans for clients.
  • Ensure all case files are accurately maintained, updated, and compliant with legal standards.
  • Coordinate appointments, depositions, and meetings between clients, attorneys, and experts.
  • Assist in negotiating settlements and understanding client needs and expectations.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury laws and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
