Complex Case Manager

Greenberg Gross LLP is seeking a skilled Complex Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys to manage complex cases from start to finish, providing critical support to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and research cases, gathering and analyzing data to inform case strategy.
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure timely resolution of cases.
- Support attorneys at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other events as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Salary Information
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
