Associate Compliance Analyst
The Team
Fidelity Enterprise Compliance provides compliance policy oversight and advisory services that help Fidelity ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, manage risk, protect our associates and our customers, and enhance business performance.
The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Previous phone or customer service and operations experience required
  • Previous brokerage or financial experience required
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in audit, regulatory, risk or compliance environment preferred
  • A proven track record of problem solving and strong data analytical skills

  • Responding to employee inquiries made via the Ethics Office Phone Line, Live Chat and E-Mail box
  • Coordinating employees personal trading account disclosures, statements, and transactions in support of trade surveillance
  • Participating in the review of Ethics Office Operations policies and procedures
  • Working with other team members to identify, resolve and address issues
Dynamic Working
  • At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call Dynamic Working. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
