Oregon Continental Home Health Care is a small home health company with a rapidly expanding patient base whose focus is on the under-served in the community.

We are seeking skilled and flexible RN's to provide home care services to various adult populations in Multnomah and Washington county.

Full-time employees are guaranteed 40 hours with drive-time included and $50 gas bonus weekly. Hourly employees are considered Case Managers and will supervise 1-2 LPN's and complete on average 18-22 visits weekly.

RNs will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple OT/COTAs, PT/PTAs, SLPs, and LPNs within the company to problem-solve and provide optimal care to patients.


We have a $ sign-on bonus of which $500.00 payable after 60 days of Full time employment, $500.00 payable after 120 days of Full time employment, and payable after 180 days of Full time employment.

Nurses will schedule their own patients with the expectation that OASIS admissions are completed within 48 hours of referrals and other documentation has been completed within 24 hours of each visit.


Oregon Continental offers 40 hours of front loaded PTO every January 1st along with 16 hours of banked sick time for our Full time hourly employees, that is prorated to your hire date.

This PTO can be utilized after 90 days of employment, 1-week PTO vacation after 1year of Full time employment on your anniversary date.

OCHHC offers Medical, dental, vision and life insurance within 30-60 days of employment depending on your hire date.

Medical benefits are paid at 50% for full time hourly employees and paid for visit employees who consistently complete 25 visits weekly.

Pay per visit employees can reduce the cost of the medical insurance by completing 30 visit weekly. By completing 30 visits weekly OCHHC will pay 100% of the pay per visit employees insurance benefits.
Applicants must have reliable transportation, unencumbered Oregon nursing license and active drivers license with car insurance.
