Job Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods in our warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and logistics management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the warehouse facility - Oversee inventory control, stock counting, and reconciliation - Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of goods - Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse activities - Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role - Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related software - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment - Familiarity with transportation planning and freight handling - Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred) - Certification in warehouse management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus
