Express Employment Professionals, a full-service employment agency, is partnering with a local Grand Forks business to fill an Apartment Turnover position. We are currently seeking applicants to fill a position in Maintenance. The local residential rental business is looking for a qualified person to perform general maintenance on inhabited and uninhabited, single and multi-family dwellings. No certifications are required but knowledge of maintenance skills and a basic set of tools a must. Duties could range from outlet replacement to total space rehab. Duties:

  • Vacant Turnover
