  • Type: Contract, potential to be hired on direct
  • HoursMonday-Friday, day shift, 30hours per week
  • Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team
    • Coordinate recruitment efforts for frontline positions
    • Manage benefits administration and employee onboarding/offboarding
    • Conduct routine check-in interviews and assist with staff training
    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and museum policies
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Associate's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field
    • 1-2 years of HR or similar experience
    • Experience with recruitment, selection, and onboarding
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
