Practice Highlights

  • Provides consultative and primary psychiatric services to patients at CHCW outpatient clinics.
  • Flexible scheduling to include 32 hours of patient facing time with 8 hours of dedicated admin time.
  • Strong and robust PCBH model implemented throughout CHCW clinics with BHCs on site at each clinic.
  • Built-in referrals from our providers and resident physicians.
  • Management of therapeutic and psychotropic medication with support from the PCP.
  • Interdisciplinary team includes faculty physicians, clinicians, resident physicians, APPs, pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
  • Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
  • EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

Qualifications

  • ARNP, MSN with PMHNP certification.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license.
  • 2 years of PMHNP experience highly recommended. Preferably in a primary care outpatient or integrated healthcare system.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Great peer references and in good standing.
  • Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
