Mental Health Program Lead

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $195,000 - $225,000 per year, a sign-on bonus of $30,000 - $40,000, paid out in four installments, and relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of medical staff, including medical assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners.
- Provide psychiatric services to identified adults and children seen at Catholic Charities who are enrolled for Mental Health Services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in medical practice.
Requirements:
- ARNP, MD, or DO and Psychiatric Board Certification required.
- Minimum of one year experience with direct patient care in psychiatric services required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role highly preferred.
