Join an 868-bed tertiary academic center and the flagship hospital for Hartford HealthCare , a $4 billion health system and the second largest employer in CT.
Some highlights of the OB Hospitalist opportunity include:

* Providing call coverage and L&D support
* Caring for inpatient OB and GYN patients
* Providing OB and GYN consultations on the floor and Emergency Department
* Overseeing residents, fellows, midwives or advanced practice nurses
* Member and leader of the OB Rapid Response Team
* Member of patient safety and quality review committees
* Implementing quality programs and evidence-based medicine
* Extensive support from OB/GYN subspecialties, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Gynecology
* Hartford Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center and a Level 4 NICU. We the largest of three sites responsible for the training of the 40 UConn OB-GYN residents
* 12 hour and 24 hour shifts available
