This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. As the Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy operations, ensuring the pharmacy department provides exceptional patient care and meets all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures
- Managing the pharmacy staff and maintaining a positive work environment
- Overseeing medication procurement, distribution, and inventory management
