Patient Service Representative

- Onsite in Appleton, WI
Hours:
- M-F 8am-5pm
Description:
- Rooming patients
- Cleaning exam rooms
- Instrument sterilization
- Disability and FMLA form completion
- Prescription call-ins
- Pre-op paperwork preparation
- Pre-auth and Pre-certification of procedure
- Appointment scheduling
- Phone triage
- CT Scan knowledge and patient set-up
- Ordering of supplies
- Surgery scheduling (back up)
- Assist and take direction from physicians
- Additional duties as assigned by clinic manager
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge (MS, Internet, PM Software)
- Exhibit Professionalism and Leadership skills
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to complete paperwork specific to medical treatment/care
- Be approachable
- Communicate on all levels using professional courtesy and kindness
- Be able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to meet consistent deadlines
