Join our team and play a vital role in supporting the Controller Travel group (CNTL-TRVL) by providing exceptional customer service and efficient relocation assistance. Your contributions will directly impact the seamless coordination of employee relocations and ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Project Controls System

• Perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules

• Support project organizational and administrative activities

• Supervise and provide technical direction for:

  1. Cost engineering activities
  2. Planning/scheduling activities

• Ensure work completion according to schedule

• Identify trends for management attention

Required Knowledge and Experience

  1. Experience in:
  2. Planning and scheduling functions
  3. Schedule development, control, and analysis
  4. Cost engineering, estimating, and analysis
  5. Supervision and personnel administration
  6. Training of technical and non-technical staff
  7. Strong oral and written communication
  8. Proficiency in:
  9. Personal computer operating systems
  10. Basic software applications
  11. Multiple discipline-specific software applications
  12. Engineering and construction management knowledge

  1. Expert-level knowledge within the organization
  2. Ability to develop new theories and methods
  3. Creative problem-solving skills for complex issues
  4. Strong analytical capabilities for in-depth evaluation
  5. Works independently with minimal direction

Additional Requirements for Control Account Manager (CAM) Role

Advanced knowledge of:

  • Project controls and/or project management
  • Project budgets
  • Cost estimating, control, and analysis
  • Project scheduling
  • EVMS tools and processes

Experience in:

  • Implementing corrective actions
  • Developing and delivering detailed status reports
  • Engineering functions and principles for technical project implementation
