Role Requirements:

  • Trauma and Acute Care Surgery MD or DO Inpatient with Outpatient follow-up
  • Board Certified or Board Eligibility required
  • Must possess/ability to obtain a Florida Medical License
  • Call coverage is five, 24-hour call sessions per month

    • Ages treated 16-years-old to geriatric

The 480-bed Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital was founded in 1910. Work Experience:

  • Work-life balanced schedule.
  • Patient census. Expect to see 25+ patients per day utilizing the efficiency of EPIC, electronic health record system.
  • Clinic support team. Includes one dedicated medical assistant (MA) per provider and a nurse is shared with other clinics, check in and check out, front office assistant and an APP accompanies the doctor during clinic.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment with like-minded physicians in an office housing primary care providers and specialists throughout our network.
  • Inpatient Support. Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health has a team of Hospital Medicine physicians to support inpatient and long-term care patient needs.
