Role: L1 App Support analystLocation: O Fallon, MO
Roles & Responsibilities :- This role involves performing L1 Application Support services, Alert Monitoring. Level 1 Application Support services, Validation of change controls.
- Checking Application Performance and monitoring using Dashboards Problem Ticket creation & follow-up for alerts reduction.
- Crafting/updating new or existing SOP, Prioritizing tickets or work requests.
