Job Description
As a Security Officer Armed Alarm Response Driver in Polkton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government corrections location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional service and communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government corrections location.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite personnel and public-service agencies when appropriate.
