Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing Excellence: Create precise, detailed manufacturing drawings and release production orders to drive efficiency on the shop floor.
- Sheet Metal Programming: Develop and program sheet metal components for products and release them into manufacturing, ensuring flawless execution.
- Problem Solving & Support: Proactively resolve production challenges and provide technical support to customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Customer Collaboration: Assist customers with new projects by performing calculations and offering expert advice to meet their needs.
- Product Returns & Evaluation: Lead the evaluation of customer returns, analyzing product performance and offering solutions for improvement.

Qualifications
