Provides IT support for multiple warehousing sites, internal and external customers, and networks, all with complex system requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities

•Serves at the initial point of contact for systemic issues, including hardware, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and general account/systemic support
•Communicates regularly with Operations, vendors, and customers regarding systemic issues, mitigation/resolution steps, and general systemic updates
•Assists with onboarding and implementing the systems for new customer accounts
•Researches tools and resources to propose resolutions to issues
•Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of WMS construction and functionality to provide pre-and post-implementation support, including advanced setup for the facility, systems configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality rollouts, and systems audits
•Collaborates with Operations and site support functions to develop alternative business solutions for more efficient system utilization, improving production, and enhancing quality
•Trains others on the use and maintenance of the WMS while assisting in the development of account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Coordinates with vendors in the management and maintenance of external systems, including warehouse control systems and shipping stations
•Manages all IT-related assets and equipment; maintains inventory and organization
•Translates and communicates complex data effectively to the target audience, providing clarity, vision, and improved data-driven decision-making
•Investigates systems errors using root cause analysis and implements mitigation plans
•Undergoes continual self-development in technical applications such as SQL, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, etc., and stays current on market trends and tools
•Provides on-site support to other client locations as required; traveling up to 25% of the time
•Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
•Two or more years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
•Highly proficient in the English language
•Experience in WMS configuration, implementation, and support in a similar environment; familiar with RF systems and equipment preferred
•Experience with Oracle SQL Database, PowerBI, Crystal Reporting, Synapse WMS preferred
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required
•Working knowledge of computer, network, and printer setup and troubleshooting
•Excellent technical, interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
•Willing and able to solve problems, think critically, learn, adapt, and drive tasks/projects to completion
•Possesses a servant leader mindset to assist others with their needs
