Position: Child Psychologist
Location: Westland MI
Compensation Rate: $70 per hour, flexible schedule, provided malpractice insurance upon hire
Available Shifts/Options: PT 8 to 16 hour per week - no weekends, no holidays, no after hours on-call
Facility Type: hospital, inpatient mental health facility-civil

Duties may include-

* Performing a valid and accurate psychological assessment.
* Design a detailed treatment program either independently or collaboratively with a patient s treatment team.
* Participate in implementing the treatment program using the cooperative efforts of all members of the treatment team, including conducting individual and group therapy including conducting groups at the Psychosocial Rehabilitation program.
* Evaluate the results of the program and patient progress making such modifications as necessary.
* Participate in providing staff development when necessary.

Requirements:

* Pediatric Psychologist MDHHS will require psychologists to be specialized in pediatric care at WRPH. Additional education and experience for pediatric psychologists includes:

* Completion of an accredited doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
* Completion of an accredited postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Child Psychology.

* A temporary master s limited license, master s limited license, doctoral limited license, or full license to practice psychology in Michigan.
