They are seeking a Senior Project Engineer for their Boston Metro Area operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of civil engineering experience, with a strong technical background in renewable energy. Responsibilities include overseeing project development, working with performance modeling tools such as PVsyst and Helioscope, and collaborating with third-party consultants to ensure the success of large-scale solar projects. This role demands both leadership and technical expertise, as you will be driving engineering excellence in renewable energy projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Preferred experience with performance modeling software (PVsyst, Helioscope).
  • Strong technical background in renewables.
  • Experience in managing utility-scale solar PV projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with third-party consultants and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in solar PV projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lead engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
