100% remote position but must reside in Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, or West Virginia

This position will help cover our Hospice Triage on-call on the weekends

5pm Friday to 5am Saturday ; 9am to 9pm Saturday (this can be flexible)

As a Triage Hospice On-Call RN you will:    

  • Take the initial call and triage the needs of the clients
  • Dispatch to the appropriate nurse on call to go see the patient
  • Consult with palliative care physician or designees as needed, inform primary physician of services provided and collaborate with other physicians as needed  
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, charts and documents to support sound medical practice and reimbursement for services provided   

 

To qualify to be a Triage Hospice On-Call RN with us, you will need:   

  • Licensure: Current license for RN (multi-state license preferred, or able to obtain a multi-state license)
  • Hospice experience required
  • Triage experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
