Summary: This firm serves a highly sophisticated, multi-generational and increasingly multi-national client base.   • Provide high quality individual, trust, estate, gift, and foundation tax compliance services as well as estate planning advisory services
  • Tax Manager will review individual, trust, estate, gift, and foundation returns
  • Review estate and trust fiduciary accountings
  • Handle Federal and State tax notices and audits
  • Research Federal, State, and international tax laws, prepare tax memorandums on technical topics, and develop tax savings strategies
  • Tax Manager will manage all aspects of client accounts and foster client relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required; Master's in Taxation preferred
  • Active CPA licensed required
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in public accounting required
  • Extensive experience in Tax Advisory and Estate/Trust planning and compliance for sophisticated high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Experience with multi-national tax issues relating to HNW and UHNW individuals and families
  • Preferred experience with Axcess Tax, CCH ProSystem FX Engagement and BNA

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
