Work Environment

You will conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a professional and safe environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult clients facing various mental health challenges.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other approved methodologies to facilitate client progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress notes in alignment with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and best practices, enhancing treatment strategies and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including training in the latest therapeutic approaches and technologies.
  • Assist clients in navigating barriers to care, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult clients who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and awareness will be essential in building trust and rapport.

Qualifications
  • A master's level degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Strong written skills for documenting client interactions and treatment plans in a succinct and professional manner.
  • Clean professional history with no disciplinary actions from licensure boards.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
  • Training in additional therapeutic modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Background in crisis intervention and management.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
