Work Environment

In this remote position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, allowing for a customizable work schedule that can accommodate your personal life. The outpatient nature of our services ensures that you will primarily interact with stable adult clients who require guidance rather than intensive, crisis-focused interventions. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, you will conduct sessions via video chat or messaging, providing a flexible and convenient platform for therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients using video chat to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitate discussions on emotions and personal experiences, helping clients gain insight into their behaviors and relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, guiding them in defining realistic and achievable therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and craft individualized treatment plans based on a solution-oriented approach, drawing on your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in accordance with company standards, simplifying the administrative aspects of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will consist of carefully screened adults who are generally stable and require support for low-acuity mental health concerns. We prioritize matching you with clients whose needs align with your specialties, ensuring a meaningful therapeutic relationship that enhances client outcomes and promotes effective counseling.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and fully licensed in good standing to practice independently in the state of Arizona as one of the following:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic nature, essential for providing empathetic support to clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and software related to mental health practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a remote counseling environment is advantageous, but not required.
• Previous work with a diverse clientele is a plus, enhancing your ability to address varied mental health concerns effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
