A leading acute care hospital located in southeast Florida is now seeking an experienced Inpatient Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This not-for-profit acute care hospital is home to more than 400-beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services. This location is known for its expert care in a number of specialties including cardiovascular, oncology, women’s health, perioperative services, emergency medicine, and neurosciences. This hospital is also a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Under limited supervision, the Inpatient Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an acute care setting. Other responsibilities include evaluating patients and developing treatment plans, emphasizing functional gains and patient independence, collaborating with various unit leaders, and helping educate patients and other staff.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s level degree in a related field
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida or ability to obtain
  • Prior working experience in an acute care setting is a plus
