We are looking for committed, compassionate individuals to join our team in a variety of Case Management roles, bilingual skills highly preferred (Haitian Creole/Spanish).
Positions are hybrid or onsite, located in Dorchester, Brookline, Jamaica Plain and West Newton.
Qualifications (Requirements):
- The successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, BSW degree is preferred, with experience in social services.
- Demonstrated success in applying evidence-based practices including Trauma-Informed Care, critical time intervention and motivational interviewing.
- Professional experience with housing, schools, and hospital settings highly desired.
- Ability to work in both office and field-based settings with a diverse, homeless population. Flexibility and compassion essential.
Work Schedule and Conditions: FamilyAid’s headquarters is located at 3815 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02130. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours/week. Some evening/weekend availability is required, with the flexibility to best meet client and program needs.
