What will your day look like? As a Senior Salesforce Program Manager you will:

  • Manage and lead complex Salesforce programs and customer data initiatives, ensuring they deliver maximum value and align with organizational goals. Identify potential issues and risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Oversee multiple Salesforce projects to improve Salesforce customer data management practices and optimize Salesforce platform. Use project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes through upgrades, new implementations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and on budget. Develop project roadmaps that align business and strategic objectives and demonstrate best practices to successfully execute cross functional Salesforce initiatives in a multi cloud and multi org environment.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders translate and understand their needs into Salesforce program requirements. Act as a liaison between Salesforce development teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • Implement and develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. Provide support to users and lead training sessions to maximize system utilization.


You will be a good fit for the Senior Salesforce Program Manager role if you have:

  • 7 plus years of related experience in project or program management, with a focus on customer data and Salesforce initiatives and a proven track record of managing large scale projects
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other relevant modules. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with data governance, customer data management, and data integration practices.
  • Familiarity with user adoption strategies and change management practices for Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, business, or related field
  • Experience in customer insights or data analytics preferred
  • Experience with third party applications and Salesforce integrations preferred
