Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking a Lead CRNA to manage daily operations at our well-established practice.

Job Description:

* Option of full-time hospital employment or full-time 1099 service agreement
* Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments
* Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff
* Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care
* Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff
* Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews
* Opportunities for overtime if desired
* Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
* Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology)

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
* Also open to 1099 candidates

* Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
* OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
* At least 2 years' work experience as CRNA - REQUIRED
