Description du poste

Le responsable santé, sécurité et sûreté du district prend l'initiative pour toutes les questions liées à la santé, à la sécurité et à la sûreté. Il fait preuve de proactivité dans l'anticipation des risques liés à la santé et à la sécurité.

La maîtrise du français et d'excellentes compétences écrites et orales en anglais sont obligatoires.

De nombreux déplacements sur le district du Sud France sont à prévoir.

Principales responsabilités
  1. Soutenir la mise en œuvre complète des normes de santé et de sécurité d'Expeditors dans tous les domaines des installations du district respectif.
  2. Servir de point de contact principal pour la santé et la sécurité selon nos procédures internes.
  3. Être responsable de l'application des normes de santé et de sécurité, de la sensibilisation, de la conformité et de la mise en œuvre de toutes les questions liées à la santé et à la sécurité.
  4. Coordonner la mise en place dans les temps voulu (90 jours) des actions correctives / actions préventives en matière de santé et de sécurité avec les parties concernées et les autorités compétentes.
  5. Prendre la direction de toutes les enquêtes sur les incidents liés à la santé et à la sécurité dans le district, en coordination avec le responsable régional et le responsable de la santé et de la sécurité au sein de notre siège.
  6. Soutenir l'élaboration et la mise à l'essai du plan de continuité des activités.
  7. S'approprier toutes les communications relatives à la santé et à la sécurité et en rendre compte.
  8. Influencer les collègues et les fournisseurs de services pour qu'ils prennent en compte la santé et la sécurité dans tous les aspects des opérations.
  9. Dispenser des formations en matière de santé, de sécurité et de sûreté (cours dispensés par des instructeurs au niveau du district).
  10. Participer à la réunion d'évaluation des activités du district pour discuter des questions de santé et de sécurité, des préoccupations et des meilleures pratiques.
  11. Former les employés et la direction à l'établissement de rapports d'incidents santé ou sécurité selon nos procédures internes.
  12. Encourager le développement d'un état d'esprit soucieux de la santé et de la sécurité au sein du district.
  13. Adapter les communications concernant les procédures de santé et de sécurité en fonction des postes exercés.
  14. Assister aux conférences téléphoniques des responsables de la santé et de la sécurité du district.
  15. Connaissance des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise Expeditors.
  16. Compréhension approfondie de la santé et de la sécurité locales, des réglementations en matière de sécurité.
Compétences
  1. Compétences interpersonnelles efficaces, y compris des capacités avérées d'écoute, de compréhension, de communication claire et concise afin d'obtenir des résultats positifs.
  2. Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  3. Bonnes compétences informatiques.
  4. Bonnes compétences linguistiques (anglais et français requis).
  5. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication.
  6. Très soucieux du détail et doté d'une forte capacité d'analyse.
